Yes — the chatbot runs on the official WhatsApp Business API, which requires account verification through Meta. We handle the entire setup and verification process for you. Your existing WhatsApp Business number can typically be migrated over.
No — and it's not designed to. The bot handles the repetitive, time-consuming part of your message flow: answering FAQs, collecting customer information, and qualifying leads. Anything that needs a human decision is escalated to your team. Your staff focus on the conversations that actually require them.
Yes. We build bilingual flows by default — the bot can detect which language a customer is writing in and respond accordingly. For businesses with predominantly Arabic-speaking customers, we can also build Arabic-first flows with English as a fallback.

API verification typically takes 3–7 business days through Meta. Once that's complete, the bot itself is usually built and tested within 1–2 weeks depending on the complexity of your conversation flows. We give you a clear timeline before work begins.
The WhatsApp Business API has a per-conversation cost charged by Meta directly — this is separate from Vora's build fee. The rate is low for most business volumes. We explain the full cost structure upfront so there are no surprises after launch.
